Finally, we have agreed upon the art glass design! At this point, we will provide you with a detailed contract that includes our design draft, materials, glass choices and a completion deadline (including the number of visits required for installation).

We will guarantee delivery of the artwork on-time, ready for installation. We generally do not do the actual installation of your commissioned work, but rather, encourage you to use one of our recommended installers. This makes sense to us, as we are the art and design experts, while our installers are the experts at their trades. At Nartique Glass, our focus is the creation and fabrication of your unique work of art. Our recommended installers are specialists in their field: tile installation, plumbing, window installation, etc. We caution you to never expect the highest quality from artists or artisans who try to be "jacks-of-all-trades". We believe it is best to leave each area of your project to the pros!

We will work with the installer to determine the agreed upon completion deadline, and if necessary, we will supervise installation. As a result, our charges will only be for the creation and fabrication of your commissioned art glass.

For liability purposes, a separate agreement and fee will be required for the installer. We can facilitate this and give you installation estimates, if you choose to work with one of our recommended installers. Any problems that may occur during, we will work with you to help resolve any issues that may arise (which is rare).

Once we have worked out all the details and have made a mutual agreement, one-half of the commission price must be paid. Upon delivery of the art glass, the final payment must be made in full.
