Ordering & Shipping:
To Order: Ordering online from Nartique Glass is easy! Online shopping is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Our website features the latest in "Shopping Cart" technologies, which makes shopping simple and straightforward. After placing your internet order, please note that you will not receive a charge/debit imprint. Instead you will receive an email confirmation of your credit card transaction.
By checking the box "Terms and Conditions" and the "Checkout" button below, you acknowledge that you are giving us permission to deduct the funds for this order, including any shipping and/or applicable sales tax from your credit card, and that you accept Our Sales Policy.
You can also place your order via email, phone, fax or mail. For email orders, use our Contact Us Form. Our mailing address is: Nartique Glass, 20 Cobblestone Ct, Casselberry, FL 32707. You may then pay for your order with a credit or debit card.
Orders are normally processed and shipped within 5 business days from Central Florida. Occasionally, we may be required to partial ship in two shipments in order to complete an order. Out of stock items will be back ordered, and shipped at a later date, unless you notify us to do otherwise.
Sales Tax: We only collect Sales Tax on purchases shipped to an address within the state of Florida. Florida Sales Tax rates are subject to change.

Shipping Costs and Carriers:
The amounts indicated for shipping reflect estimates for delivery within the continental U.S. Your online order statement will include an estimated calculation, however, your actual shipping charges will be based on the actual weight of the entire order, including packaging, if it requires more than one box and/or if you have requested insurance coverage. In cases where more than one item is ordered, your total shipping cost might actually be lower than what is calculated on your online order statement.
We ship the majority of our orders using the United States Postal Service. Shipping options are as follows: Media Mail, THIS OPTION IS LIMITED TO SHIPMENTS OF BOOKS AND DVD'S ONLY (4 -- 14 business days), Parcel Post (4 -- 14 business days), Priority (2 -- 4 business days) & Express Mail (Where possible, overnight), unless otherwise requested. Orders shipped outside the U.S. will be shipped USPS International Priority (4 -- 14 business days). Please request a shipping cost quote by using the Comment Box during check-out. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for orders that arrive later than expected as the result of Customs delays. Orders shipped to other countries often require the completion of customs forms, and there is the possibility that customers may have to pay some duty charges.
Orders of large items such as kilns and other equipment that may weigh more than 50 lbs, will be shipped using Fed Ex or UPS ground.
Insurance: If you want your order to be insured, you must check the Insurance Box on the Check Out Page, and any additional costs will be added to your order. Please note that all deliveries that are insured will require a signature.
Expedited Shipping: Our shipping methods are generally USPS Priority or USPS Express or UPS Ground for larger items, such as kilns. If you would like UPS Next Day, Second Day and Third Day Delivery for these larger items, this is available at an additional cost, depending on the weight of your order. You can request a shipping cost quote for the type of expedited shipping you require in the Comment Box during check-out.
Delivery Time-Frames: Each order is shipped within 24 to 48 hours whenever possible (especially during the Winter Holiday season)! Because we try not to split ship orders, on a rare occasion an order can take up to 5 business days to be shipped.
You can expect delivery within 3 to 10 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. The delivery time-frames are based upon the carrier and method used. We enter your email address, when possible, into the carrier's system so that you will receive your Tracking Number, along with the ability to track and trace your package.
Delivery Addresses: Please fill in your street address information and/or ship to address information, if different. In order to maintain a high level of customer service and security, we take extra precautions to prevent fraud. If the delivery address does not match the address on your Credit Card Statement, we reserve the right to request further explanation, and to determine if we will ship to an address that is different than the registered credit card address. When questionable, we reserve the right to refuse shipment.
Return/Exchange Policy:
At Nartique Glass your complete satisfaction is our major concern! If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, contact us at (407) 831-6247 within 14 days from the delivery of your item(s) for an exchange or refund. If it is determined that it will be necessary to return your item(s) we will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#), along with a Return-To Address.
Please note that DVDs, Videos and Computer Software Programs, which are reproducible, will only be exchanged for the same item, if there is a defect in the material.
Return Procedure: Please follow these directions.
Repack your item(s), including ALL parts, accessories and manuals, along with the original packing material (unless it is no longer in good condition). Please note that items returned more than 30 days after delivery, not in sellable condition, or are missing parts, may not be eligible for a refund, or may be charged a 15% restocking fee.
Ship the item(s) to the Return-To Address with a copy of your receipt. Items must be shipped insured, signature required.
Include the RMA# on the copy of the receipt and on the outside of the package. Shipments without an RMA# on the package will be refused.
Refunds will be made in the same form as the original payment for the purchase in question. Shipping costs will be refunded on a return if there was an error made on our part.
Damage Claims: Although we will take every precaution to insure that your items arrive safely, there are occasions where damage occurs during shipping. Paying for Insurance is an optional choice. If you do not indicate that you want insurance and there is damage to the merchandise, you must address your loss with the carrier upon delivery. Please do not return the order to us, as the carrier will completely handle your damage claim. If you requested insurance, and find damage or a shortage, you must also immediately inform the carrier to schedule an inspection of the damage. In either case, you must keep the damaged merchandise with its original container.
To protect yourself from loss, immediately examine your order when it arrives. If the box appears to have shipping damage (ex, box is dented), note it on the delivery slip, then notify the carrier immediately (USPS, Fed Ex or UPS). Do not return the damaged merchandise. The carrier will determine if they need to see the condition of the box at the delivery site. Keep all packaging materials, including interior and exterior containers.
After inspection, Insured orders will be replaced at no additional charge, when the original package is returned to us. Be sure to return it to the Return-To Address that we provide, with the RMA# clearly marked on the outside of the package, and inside, on the copy of the invoice.
Processing A Return or Exchange: We will do our best to process your return or exchange quickly. For returns, please allow 30 days from our receipt of your returned item for a refund to appear on your credit card statement or to receive a check. For exchanges within the U.S., items are usually delivered within two weeks from the time you ship the exchange. Due to longer delivery times, exchanges outside the U.S. usually take 4 to 6 weeks.
Lost Items or Orders: When you receive your package, please check the items received against those on the packing slip, but remember that small items can get "lost" in the foam peanuts. For this reason, we sometimes include a small foam-peanut-eating squirrel in your package. (Not! Just checking to see if you are still reading this...!) Sometimes we will tape small items to larger ones, or we may place items in a bag for extra protection. If there is more than one box, be sure to check ALL boxes for anything that seems to be missing. If you have thoroughly checked the packaging of the box and cannot find the item listed on the packing slip, please contact Nartique Glass at (407) 831-6247 for directions.
On rare occasions, an order will be lost in shipping. Once an order has left our shipping department, use the carrier tracking number to try and locate your merchandise. We do our best to provide all needed information to assist you in recovery and/or replacement. We strongly encourage our customers to pay for the optional Insurance coverage, in order to cover any losses. This should particularly be a consideration for high value items or orders, and those that are being shipped outside the U.S. Once the package leaves our possession, it is the customer's responsibility to track the order, especially when International orders reach their country's Customs department.
